Amenrican producer Anthony Spinner claims that 32 years ago he wrote the script, which was the basis for the popular TV show "Lost", TMZ reports.
Back in 1977 Spinner was paid $30,000 to write a TV pilot, which eventually became a 121-page script called "Lost."
Spinner, well-known as the producer of the police TV Show "Baretta" 1975-1978 and the "Babes in Toyland", 1986, argues that the main line of his project, was based on a story of an air crash in the jungle, away from civilization and it is just like a modern story of "Lost".
Spinner says that the ABC channel has refused to film his project in 1977, 1991 and 1994, but in 2004, ordered the Touchstone Television a TV show, based on his scenario. Spinner is now suing them for compensation, and for a part of "Lost" profit.
